General Information

NORMAL PRODUCTION TIME: 5-10 working days after receipt of the order. Production time does not include the day we receive the order and will begin after approval of credit and/or proof approval.

RUSH SERVICES: Rush services are available on most items. They must be approved by customer for a minimum charge of $43.75 (V).

SAMPLES: Free samples are available. Some limitations apply.

PAPER PROOFS: Free paper proofs are available for verification of order and imprint upon request.

TERMS: New accounts require credit card or check with your order. Open account is available, but requires a credit history with your company or a review of credit references information, which may delay shipping. Open account terms are 1.5% after 30 days. F.O.B. Escanaba, MI

SPLIT OR DROP SHIPMENTS: an additional charge of $6.25 (V).

SHIPPING: Shipping is via UPS standard rates. We will ship via UPS COD or Third Party at no additional charge. For FED Ex shipments there is a $5.00 charge per carton per order.

WRITTEN AND VERBAL ORDERS: Anthony & Co., Inc. is not responsible for any errors on verbal orders where written confirmation is not received prior to production. Written orders must be typed or legibly printed. We are not responsible for errors from hand written orders.

LARGE ORDERS & SPECIAL REQUIREMENTS: Contact the factory for larger quantities or special packaging. We will gladly provide quotations for bagging or small boxed quantities and larger quantities.

EMAIL ARTWORK: Email all artwork and orders to sales@anthonyco.com. Please make sure to include your name, company name, and phone number.

ARTWORK REQUIREMENTS: Our prices are based on receiving useable artwork. Please send artwork close to the correct imprint size. Faxed artwork and web page graphics are not acceptable. All artwork must be in a vector format. If using Adobe Illustrator please convert all text to outlines or include font with artwork. If we receive artwork in a font we do not have, we will try to match your font as closely as possible. However, we will not purchase any fonts at our expense. If you are sending JPG, TIF, or PDF files for the paint caps or waist aprons, send the art at a resolution of 300 dpi or better. Please send actual size artwork if you are using halftones. Colors should be separated as spot color with no trapping. Halftone screen should be a maximum of 53 lines for best reproduction results. Call your customer service representative to find out more about graphics and typesetting. Most corporate logos are on file and available at no charge. If you require advanced typesetting or artwork changes, a $30/hour fee will apply.
